About Easy Creek Strategies

You already did the hard part.

You bought the house. You make the payment. You did what you were told. We show people like you a smarter path to pay the house off and keep more of what you earn.

I’m Jimmy Ballard, technically James but I haven’t quite grown up yet. I have worked as a loan officer for several years now and have always been familiar with the drawbacks of traditional loans.

It’s pretty common for people to feel upset when they see how much their payments add up to be over 30 years and I’ve heard more than a few times “why am I paying for my house 3 times over”. For most people it basically comes down to a mortgage being better than a rent.

But when I found out about this alternative mortgage strategy the math made too much sense for me not to put it out there. Other guys online offer these promises and then charge $6,000 for a course that teaches you how to go do it. I’ve chosen to give that info away for free and help people set up a better situation if it makes sense for them.

Book a call even if you’re just curious how it works. Looking forward to meeting you!

Who this is for

We work with homeowners who are doing all the right things: steady income, a home they intend to keep, and a payment they can already afford.

They are not looking for a gimmick. They want a clearer plan than “make the payment for 30 years and hope.”

The vision

Life After the House Is Paid Off.

A family relaxing on the lawn with their dog outside their home
  • The payment that used to go to the lender stays in your pocket.
  • You're not waiting until 60 to feel free in your own home.
  • Your equity isn't trapped — you can use what you've built if life happens.
  • For some, that same discipline can support a second property later without selling the first.
How we help
01

See the real math

We look at your current loan and show where each payment actually goes.

02

Compare a payoff path

We line it up against a path that aims for 5–7 years when the numbers support it.

03

Talk it through

We sit on a call and walk through your situation before anything is recommended.

Not a guarantee. We only take on a plan when the numbers support that timeline.

What we are not

We are not a refinance mill and not a lecture for people who are behind. We teach smarter strategies for people who already set themselves up well. Our strategy would not be helpful to those without the financial discipline to follow through. Typically a 680 credit score is required to even qualify for this option.
